"Good chinese restaurant located at The Chase plaza. This restaurant has been around for awhile. They offer typical classic cantonese dishes for reasonable prices, and they also have set combos. Waiters are quite busy, and feels they could benefit from having another one. Restaurant is quite loud even though it's not a large room. They should consider adding some sound absorbing materials."

"My family came in for the second time. Very quiet and clean place. Seating area is huge and lots of space seating to choose from. We enjoyed the food and very tasty. All the server are nice and friendly. We came twice in the location and we happen to get the server guy name Kong. Kong is very knowledgeable with the menu and he can easily suggest and recommend meal that match certain meal and we never get disappointed. I asked him if he can take photo of my family and he is willingly did it without no extra charge Kong gave us a complimentary broth soup and gelatin sweet dessert which is really nice. Bayview Garden is now our favourite Asian restaurant around our community."

"We had lunch at Bayview Garden Restaurant. We ordered Preserved Egg and Lean Meat Congee, Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice and Mixed Vegetables Spring Rolls. I just love sweet and sour pork and this place just cook them so right, meat was crispy and the sauce has the right balance of sweetness and sourness, it was so good.  All the food was delicious and flavourful. Price was reasonable and service was fast. Update December 2025: Went back for dinner and ordered the Seafood Hot and Sour Soup, Eggplant with Shrimp Casserole and Fish Fillet with Five Shredded Vegetables. Food was so good and tasteful. The soup loaded with a lot of ingredients like small shrimps and scallops, tofu, wood ear mushrooms was hot and perfect for a cold night, the battered fish fried and mixed with sweet and sour sauce with shredded red bell pepper, onions, carrots and the eggplant roasted and mixed with shrimps. All the food was really good that this place is worth going back to."

"Its a busy restaurant with good food. There is a line everytime i come but somehow they manage to sit people in a short time so thats good. Their free run chicken is the best in the city, and i love the free soup at the beginning of the meal. All dishes we tried is been good so far, it just the portion might be on and off from time to time. I never tried their seafood so no comment on those. But for sure one of the go to chinese restaurant."

"Well established Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood that is popular with locals for its well cooked food, friendly service and generous portions. Definitely go for one of the set meals if you don’t know what to order. The Peking Duck and Lobster in Maggi Sauce are both great."

"While it looks like a small restaurant from the outside, there's actually quite a bit of space when you go in. All instances that I have dined here have been in the afternoon (1-3pm) on a weekday and it was pretty quiet each time. The cost of their items is pretty good for the portions they serve and the food was pretty good too. If you order a lunch special they also provide a hot drink like HK style milk tea, a cold one cost a bit extra. Service was dependent on how busy the place gets and there seems to only be 2 waitress each time I went. As it was quiet when I went, the food came out quite quickly."

"Such a delicious authentic Chinese restaurant. Food is SO fresh. Flavours are bold. My family loves coming here. The prices are very reasonable too. Great deal for a delicious family meal. We got 4 large dishes for a family of 4 and had lots of leftovers too. Total was around around $60 before tax. So amazing. Here is a half-eaten meal picture simply because we couldn't stop ourselves from tasting the food before we took pics."
